This Privacy Policy explains how Wepu (“Wepu”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use the Wepu mobile application (the “App”).
If you do not agree with this Policy, please do not use the App.
1) Summary
- Local-first: Your canvas data (spaces, nodes, relationships) and imported images are stored on your device.
- No selling of personal data: We do not sell your personal information.
- In-app purchases: Payments are processed by Apple. We do not receive your full payment details.
- Tracking transparency: If we request tracking permission (ATT), you can choose whether to allow it.
2) Information We Collect
2.1 Content you create or provide
- Canvas content: spaces, nodes, titles, notes, relationships, and labels you create in the App.
- Images: photos or images you import into the App.
2.2 Purchase-related information
- Transaction status: Apple provides us transaction identifiers and purchase states so we can deliver virtual items (e.g., coins).
- We do not collect your credit card number or bank information.
2.3 Network permission prompt
iOS may show a system prompt asking whether the App may use Wi‑Fi and cellular data. This prompt is controlled by iOS.
2.4 Tracking (ATT)
If the App requests permission under Apple’s App Tracking Transparency framework, your choice controls whether the App may access the device’s advertising identifier (IDFA) and engage in tracking as defined by Apple.
3) How We Use Information
- To provide core App functionality (canvas editing, storing and displaying your content).
- To deliver virtual items after successful in-app purchases.
- To improve reliability and prevent fraud and abuse.
4) How We Store Your Data
By default, the App stores your content on your device. If we later add cloud sync or backup features, we will update this Policy and provide any additional notices required by law.
5) Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information only in limited situations:
- Apple (StoreKit): to process purchases and provide purchase status.
- Legal: if required to comply with law, regulation, or valid legal process.
- Safety: to protect the rights, safety, and security of users and the App.
6) Data Retention
Your content is retained on your device until you delete it, uninstall the App, or delete the App’s data.
7) Your Choices and Rights
- ATT: you may allow or deny tracking. You can change this later in iOS Settings.
- Deletion: you can delete spaces, nodes, edges, and inspirations inside the App.

8) Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect your information. No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure.
9) Children’s Privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
10) International Users
Your information may be processed where we and our service providers operate. If you use the App, you understand your information may be processed outside your region.
11) Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will revise the effective date above and, when appropriate, provide additional notice in the App.
