User Agreement (Terms of Use)

These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your use of the Wepu mobile application (the “App”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1) Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. If you are using the App on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2) License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal or internal purposes, subject to these Terms.

3) Your Content

• Ownership: You retain ownership of the content you create or import (images, titles, notes, relationships).
• Responsibility: You are responsible for your content and for ensuring you have the rights to use it.

4) Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App except where permitted by law.
• Interfere with the App’s operation or security.

5) In-App Purchases (Coins)

• Processor: In-app purchases are processed by Apple (StoreKit). Your purchases are subject to Apple’s terms and policies.
• Delivery: After a successful purchase, the App will credit virtual coins to your balance.
• No cash value: Coins are virtual items, have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may not be redeemed for money.
• Consumption: The App may deduct coins for certain actions (e.g., creating spaces, saving inspirations) as displayed in the UI.
• Refunds: Refund requests must be made through Apple. We cannot issue refunds directly.

6) Updates and Changes

We may update the App and these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.

7) Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

8) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the App.

9) Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time.
